EY is seeking an AI Identity Architect to design and govern the integration of Agentic AI into EY’s IAM ecosystem. You will work with Security, Development, Engineering, and Enterprise Technology to ensure secure, compliant AI-enabled IAM capabilities.

• 12+ years IT experience required with 8+ years in Identity & Access Management.
• 2+ years implementing or architecting AI/ML Identity systems.
• Ability to translate business and security requirements into IAM capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Embed AI-driven capabilities into enterprise IAM strategy with security alignment.
• Architect AI-augmented IAM solutions across on-prem, hybrid and cloud environments.
• Define standards and governance for AI-assisted IAM services.
• Collaborate with Architecture, Information Security, and Enterprise Tech teams.
• Advise senior leadership on Agentic AI applications to identity operations.
• Design agent identity models and governance for agent-based access control.
