Job summary

EY is seeking an AI Identity Architect to partner across technology and business teams to design and govern the integration of Agentic AI into EY’s IAM ecosystem. You will collaborate with Security Architects, Development Leads, Engineering and Operations to ensure secure, compliant IAM capabilities aligned with EY’s global technology and security strategies.

This role requires 12+ years IT experience, 8+ years in information security, 6+ years in IAM, and 2+ years implementing or architecting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Assurance, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• 12+ years IT experience; 8+ years in information security.
• 6+ years hands-on Identity & Access Management.
• 2+ years implementing or architecting AI/ML Identity systems.
• Experience with Agentic AI and IAM integration.

Responsibilities

• Embed AI-driven capabilities into the enterprise IAM strategy.
• Architect AI-augmented solutions for IAM platforms.
• Design AI features such as adaptive access control and identity analytics.
• Define architectural standards for AI-assisted IAM across on‑prem, hybrid and cloud.
• Establish guardrails and governance for safe AI deployment across teams.
• Advise senior leadership on Agentic AI for identity operations.
• Coordinate with data and platform teams for AI governance.
