Job summary

EY is seeking an AI Identity Architect to partner across technology and business teams, shaping the enterprise IAM strategy with Agentic AI, automation and advanced analytics. You will design secure IAM capabilities across on-prem, hybrid and cloud environments and translate complex requirements into scalable architectures.

You’ll drive governance, collaborate with security, engineering and operations, and advise senior leadership on AI-enabled identity programs to reduce risk while enabling

Qualifications

• Broad experience guiding architecture for enterprise IAM and AI-enabled security
• Proven track record implementing AI/ML or automation within IAM or cybersecurity
• Experience designing systems using AI orchestration standards and MCP
• Strong ability to communicate security requirements to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Embed AI-driven capabilities into the IAM strategy across enterprise stakeholders
• Architect AI-augmented IAM solutions for on-prem, hybrid and cloud environments
• Define standards and patterns for AI-assisted IAM services with governance models
• Advise senior leadership on Agentic AI applications to identity operations and risk reduction
