Job summary

CoreWeave seeks a Technical Solutions Manager to lead strategic customer relationships and define technical requirements for AI/ML workloads on GPU infrastructure. You will drive end-to-end program execution across data centers, collaborating with engineering, product, and operations to ensure successful outcomes.

You will gather customer feedback, influence the product roadmap, and manage risks while communicating with senior stakeholders and autho­rized sponsors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical program management, customer success, or professional services in cloud infrastructure.
• Strong written and verbal communication for executive stakeholders.
• Experience aligning product strategy with customer needs.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, GPU compute, and HPC fundamentals.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams across data centers and ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Own technical relationships to drive adoption and satisfaction.
• Define customer requirements for AI/ML workloads.
• Oversee end-to-end program execution with planning and risk management.
• Gather feedback for Product and Engineering and influence roadmap.
• Facilitate collaboration across engineering, product, operations, support, and sales.
• Proactively identify risks and drive issue resolution.
• Track KPIs to measure program success and impact.
• Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
