Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Technical Solutions Manager to join its Customer Experience organization. You will educate customers on the GPU-enabled AI platform, define deliverables, onboard clients, and ensure ongoing, high-performance operations within customer environments.

You will lead strategic relationships, translate customer needs into technical requirements, and coordinate across engineering, product, and operations to drive successful programs and influence product direction.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Computer Science or related discipline.
• 5+ years in technical program management, customer success, or professional services for cloud infrastructure/AI/ML.
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating multiple teams to deliver long-running projects.
• Proactive, self-managed with willingness to seek help when needed.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, GPU compute, AI/ML fundamentals.

• Oversee end-to-end program execution including planning and risk management.

• Define KPIs and measure program success and impact.
• Drive process improvements to increase speed and quality.
