Job summary
CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Manager of Technical Solutions Management (TSM) to lead the TSM function and nurture strategic customer relationships within our global cloud platform. You will define technical requirements and guide complex programs across Solutions Architecture, Support, Sales, and Product Engineering.
You bring 15+ years in software or hardware domains, 7+ years in leadership, and deep Kubernetes/GPU/AI experience.
Qualifications
- B.S. in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience with advanced degree
- 15+ years in software/hardware/solutions architecture/cust. support/program management/product management
- 7+ years in a leadership role within a high-growth environment
- Travel up to 30% annually
Responsibilities
- Lead the TSM function within CoreWeave by building, leading, and focusing on hiring top talent and fostering their growth
- Collaborate with Solutions Architecture, Support, Sales, and Product Engineering to elevate customer experience
- Directly engage with key customers to understand AI workloads and requirements
- Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate program success and improve efficiency
