Job summary

CoreWeave, The Essential Cloud for AI, is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager for our CPU Compute infrastructure. You will lead cross-functional programs, turning product strategy into scalable, reliable, and observable infrastructure to support large AI clusters.

Partner with engineering, product, operations, and security, define scope and milestones, manage risks, and drive performance and scalability initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years managing large-scale programs in fast-paced tech environments.
• Strong knowledge of cloud computing concepts and IaaS.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical program management for cloud infrastructure initiatives.
• Define scope, milestones, and success metrics while managing risks and dependencies.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, operations, and security teams.
• Provide regular status updates and drive accountability.
• Champion Agile practices and scalable processes.
