Job summary

CoreWeave, The Essential Cloud for AI, seeks a seasoned Technical Program Manager for its CPU Compute IaaS platform in the US. You will lead cross-functional programs turning product strategy into scalable, reliable infrastructure across data processing and orchestration workloads.

This role targets cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, and network services, with emphasis on building processes and visibility to operate at high scale alongside engineering, product, operations, and security

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience managing large-scale, complex programs in a tech environment.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and IaaS.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical program management for critical cloud infrastructure initiatives, including planning, execution, delivery, and retrospectives.
• Define program scope, milestones, and success metrics while managing risks and dependencies.
• Partner with engineering, product management, operations, and security to align priorities and deliverables.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders with regular status updates and accountability.
• Facilitate technical discussions to align with long-term infrastructure goals and business objectives.
• Develop scalable processes to improve efficiency and predictability in program delivery.
• Champion best practices for project/program management and Agile methodologies.
• Strategically automate and improve day-to-day operations and processes.
• Drive long-term infrastructure roadmaps with leadership alignment and customer needs.
