Job summary
CoreWeave is seeking a senior leader to oversee the Technical Solutions Management function, guiding technical relationships with strategic customers and translating complex requirements into concrete programs. This global role reports to the Director of Cloud Platform Support and collaborates with Solutions Architecture, Support, Sales, and Product Engineering to advance CoreWeave's cloud platform.

Qualifications
- BS in Computer Science or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in software/systems engineering, hardware, solutions architecture, or related fields.
- 7+ years in a leadership role within a high-growth environment.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, GPU compute, AI/ML, HPC.
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple teams and drive long-running projects with senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead the TSM function and hire top talent to act as primary technical advocates for strategic customers.
- Collaborate with Solutions Architecture, Support, Sales, and Product Engineering to enhance customer experience.
- Engage with key customers to understand workloads, pain points, and future requirements; drive service improvements.
- Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate program success and drive operational speed and effectiveness.
