Responsibilities

• Embrace AI to reimagine administrative work and automate where appropriate.
• Manage complex, multi-time zone calendars for multiple directors and optimize scheduling.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics and accurate expense reporting.
• Attend leadership meetings, track action items, and prep executives with materials and background information.
• Partner with directors to prioritize activities and handle confidential information discreetly.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with EAs, recruitment, and stakeholders across the organization.
• Plan events and offsites, coordinate leadership summits and team celebrations.
• Drive team communications, newsletters, and recognition programs.
• Support team operations including budget tracking, PO processing, and onboarding.
