Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in CS/SE/DS or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
• 2-4+ years hands-on software or ML engineering in production.
• 4-7+ years in customer-facing, operations, or embedded roles; exposure to enterprise AI platforms such as Salesforce Einstein, ServiceNow AI, or Microsoft Copilot.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, tune, and iterate agentic AI solutions in the assigned domain.
• Run A/B experiments and document ROI targets.
• Collaborate with BU teams across care, retail, finance, and others.
• Build data pipelines and system integrations with enterprise sources.
• Document performance, failure modes, and gaps in a structured format.
• Support onboarding of rotating FDEs and knowledge transfer.
• Develop components of agentic systems, including RAG pipelines and prompts.
• Deliver experiments and document results.
