Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring an Engineer, Forward Deployment to design, build, and iterate on agentic AI solutions within a business unit. You’ll write code, run experiments, and debug production systems to deliver AI outcomes aligned with ROI targets.

Work closely with TPMs and stakeholders, embedding in the domain team to scale AI across care, retail, finance and supply chain. Strong Python skills, cloud deployments, and data engineering are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related field (Required).
• 2-4+ years hands-on software or ML engineering in production; clean Python code, debugging, cloud deployments, enterprise data sources (Required).
• 4-7+ years in customer-facing/operational/embedded roles with exposure to enterprise AI platforms (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• AI System Deployment and Tuning for net-new agentic AI solutions in the assigned domain.
• Conduct A/B experiments and ROI validation with live cohorts.
• Collaborate with BU teams across care, retail, finance, supply chain to identify AI-driven improvements.
• Build data integrations connecting AI solutions to CRM, billing, ticketing, ERP systems.
• Document performance, failure modes, and data quality gaps for domain planning.
