Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking an Engineer, Forward Deployment to design, build, and iterate on agentic AI solutions embedded within a business unit. You will work with TPMs and stakeholders to deliver AI outcomes that drive ROI across multiple domains.

Responsibilities include system integrations, prompt tuning, A/B experiments, and producing production-ready AI components under architectural direction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related field; equivalent experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• AI System Deployment & Tuning: implement and iteratively tune AI solutions in the assigned domain.
• A/B Experimentation & ROI Validation: run controlled experiments and document ROI.
• BU Partnership & Workflow Engagement: collaborate with BU teams across various domains.
• Data Engineering & System Integrations: build integrations with CRM, billing, ticketing, ERP; ETL pipelines.
