Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Senior Engineer, Forward Deployment to embed within a business unit and drive the technical agenda for agentic AI delivery. You will mentor engineers, define requirements with BU stakeholders, and own end-to-end solution design and delivery in live environments.

You will lead scoping, integration, and data workflows, while ensuring robust production readiness and measurable ROI. Travel and collaboration across teams are expected to accelerate impactful AI deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience required.
• 4-7+ years of production engineering experience with hands-on LLM deployment (prompt engineering, RAG, agent orchestration).
• 7-10+ years in solutions engineering or forward deployment with AI delivery impact.

Responsibilities

• Drive the technical agenda for net-new agentic AI delivery within the domain.
• Lead scoping and diagnostic sessions with BU stakeholders and TPMs to define requirements.
• Design and deliver agentic AI solutions in live production environments.
• Mentor Engineers co-deployed in the domain and contribute to practice methodologies.
• Own end-to-end solution architecture and delivery across the domain.
