Qualifications

• Exposure to enterprise AI platforms such as Salesforce Einstein, ServiceNow AI, or Microsoft Copilot

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and iteratively tune AI solutions within assigned business domains
• Run controlled A/B experiments and document ROI impact
• Collaborate with BU teams across care, retail, finance, and supply chain
• Build data pipelines and system integrations connecting AI to enterprise data sources
• Document performance, failure modes and data quality gaps for domain planning
