Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking an Engineer, Forward Deployment to design, build, and iterate on AI solutions embedded within a business unit. You will deploy agentic AI, run experiments, and deliver ROI-driven outcomes in collaboration with TPMs and domain stakeholders.

Responsibilities include system integrations, prompt tuning, and delivering production-grade AI capabilities. A strong background in Python, cloud deployments, and data engineering is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 2-4+ years in software or ML engineering in production environments.
• Experience deploying to cloud environments and building system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and iterate AI deployment solutions within a business unit.
• Write, tune, and debug production code for agentic AI systems.
• Run A/B experiments and validate ROI targets.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise data sources (CRM, ERP, billing).
• Collaborate with TPMs and stakeholders to deliver business outcomes.
