Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Software Development Manager to lead the Specialist GTM AI Tooling engineering team. You will drive the development of AI-native, agentic solutions that connect AWS GTM strategy to field execution and scale to thousands of users.

You will lead a high-impact team, architect production-grade AI systems, and partner with cross-functional teams to translate complex problems into scalable software solutions that empower AWS field personnel.

Formación

• 3+ years of engineering team management experience.
• 7+ years of engineering experience.
• 6+ years of leading the definition and development of multi-tier web services.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in CS/Engineering/Math.
• Knowledge of the software lifecycle, code reviews, build, testing and live-site operations.

Responsabilidades

• Own and grow the GTM AI Tooling engineering team and related platforms.
• Architect production-grade AI systems using LLMs, RAG, MCP, and multi-agent orchestration.
• Deliver endorsed sales plays and assets to field teams via integrated tooling.
• Own the technical strategy and roadmap across all related products.
• Partner with Product, Science, GTM and field leadership to translate problems into deliverables.
• Drive hiring and team development while maintaining high performance.
