Job summary

Beacon Holdings seeks a Senior AI Engagement Lead to drive deployments across portfolio companies. You will own opportunities from discovery through delivery and expansion, working with GMs, AI engineers, product, and sales to define solutions, scope, and pricing, and to win business.

You will lead delivery end to end, ensure measurable value for customers, and turn successful deployments into repeatable offerings across the portfolio, blending entrepreneurship with hands-on engineering

Qualifications

Experience leading AI deployment engagements from discovery to delivery.
Ability to define scope, pricing, and commercial terms for complex engagements.
Strong track record of winning new AI-related business with executive stakeholders.
Proven ability to translate customer needs into scalable product capabilities.

Responsibilities

Find and win AI engagement opportunities with portfolio companies.
Understand customer workflows and identify AI improvements in cost, speed, quality, or revenue.
Scope, price, and close engagements with clear business cases.
Lead discovery sessions, demos, and executive conversations to gain buy-in.
Oversee delivery end-to-end with engineers and product teams.
Drive adoption and expansion of deployed AI solutions.
