Job summary

Beacon Holdings is seeking a results-oriented leader to drive AI deployments for our portfolio companies' end customers. You will own the engagement from first conversation through delivery and expansion, partnering with GMs to identify opportunities, define solutions, scope and price engagements, and win the business.

• Ability to identify valuable problems, quantify value, and build business cases for AI engagements.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to navigate executive conversations.

Responsibilities

• Find and win opportunities with GMs and customer networks.
• Understand customer workflows, data, and potential AI impact on cost, speed, quality, or revenue.
• Scope, price, and close engagements with compelling business cases and terms.
• Lead discovery sessions, demos, and executive conversations, building champions.
• Partner with AI engineers to manage milestones, budgets, and dependencies.
• Drive adoption and expansion after launch by measuring value and ensuring user uptake.
• Turn deployments into repeatable offerings by packaging and pricing for other customers.
