Job summary

Allianz Technology seeks an Engagement Manager to translate OE pain points into funded AI projects and steer multiple engagements from idea to handover. You will shape demand, align with global IT, and maintain executive-level relationships.

You will collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers and local IT teams, ensuring scalable handovers, measurable outcomes, and strong governance across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, management, technology, or related field.
• Senior enough for OE leadership and Head of IT conversations.
• Strong stakeholder, business-framing, and roadmap-shaping skills.
• Experience translating business problems into delivered software in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Form cross-functional squads with engineers and IT leads.
• Shape and execute OE demand, match reusable components, secure funded engagements.
• Steer multiple engagements across full lifecycle and share learnings.
• Validate assumptions, trim scope, and adapt as work progresses.
• Own handover to run teams and maintain OE relationships after go-live.
