forgd seeks an AI Engagement Lead to own the full lifecycle of AI transformation engagements for enterprise customers. You will be the single accountable lead from scoping through closure and expansion, partnering with Applied AI Architects to deliver value that drives Claude activation and long-term adoption.

You will manage multiple concurrent engagements, build scalable delivery templates, and lead pricing and SOW development for new opportunities with GTM.

Competenze

• 6+ years of engagement management or technology consulting experience in a lead role.
• Experience managing executive client relationships with strong communication skills.
• Proven ability to build and scale delivery processes and playbooks.
• Passion for how AI transforms software development and engineering.

Mansioni

• Own end-to-end delivery of AI transformation engagements from scoping to expansion.
• Translate inputs into structured engagement plans for delivery teams.
• Manage scope, timeline, budget, resources, and stakeholder communications for delivery quality.
• Coordinate with Anthropic teams to ensure Claude activation and usage growth.
• Travel to customer sites (10–20%) for workshops and relationship building.
