Beacon Holdings is seeking a Design Lead to turn difficult business problems into AI-enabled products used across portfolio companies. You will embed with portfolio teams, work with customers and operators, and partner with designers and engineers from discovery through adoption.

Expect to own engagements end-to-end, deliver real value, and share reusable workflows and lessons. You will directly influence how AI-powered workflows improve operations and outcomes across the portfolio.

Formación

• Proven ability to take ambiguous product problems through delivery to sustained use.
• Strong product judgment to prioritize constraints.
• Technical fluency in AI-enabled products and data.
• Ability to earn trust with operators and leaders.
• Production AI workflow experience is valuable.

Responsabilidades

• Find the right problem by understanding customer needs and priorities.
• Shape the product and the proof with bounded pilots and success criteria.
• Lead delivery with partners across portfolio product, engineering, and design.
• Stay through adoption with testing, rollout, and training.
• Measure value and define when to improve or stop.
• Hand off to owners with reusable workflows and lessons.
