Job summary

Future Secure AI is seeking an Engagement Lead to drive complex AI Co-Worker engagements from discovery to production. You will partner with enterprise customers, design solution logic with Delivery teams, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality deliveries across North America.

The role requires heavy collaboration with analysts, data science, engineering, QA, and delivery, delivering measurable outcomes and owning the customer experience end-to-end.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional work experience.
• 5+ years in Product Management or Consulting.
• Product Management experience preferred.
• Experience leading via agile methodology.
• Experience managing senior/executive customers.
• Strong ownership and delivery orientation.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with enterprise customers to scope AI Co-Worker solutions.
• Design the AI Co-Worker's logic and user experience with Delivery teams.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers through build and deployment.
• Align cross-functional teams to keep builds on track.
• Own the quality of deliverables and customer experience from discovery to production.
