Job summary

OpenAI is seeking a senior Delivery Lead to own delivery of priority AI initiatives for our largest enterprise customers, guiding complex deployments from planning through launch and adoption.

You’ll build integrat ed delivery plans, drive progress, resolve blockers, and align delivery with customer value, while collaborating with account teams, engineers, and partners to enable measurable outcomes and sustainable adoption.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading complex enterprise technology deployments.
• Track record delivering programs from scope through launch with measurable outcomes.
• Strong technical aptitude for AI systems, APIs, integrations, security dependencies, and deployment risks.
• Ability to translate customer priorities into actionable delivery plans with clear milestones.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of priority AI initiatives from scoping through deployment and initial adoption.
• Build and drive an integrated delivery plan with milestones, accountable owners, dependencies, and success measures.
• Resolve blockers and drive decisions to keep delivery moving and aligned with commitments.
• Lead launch readiness and activation including enablement planning and addressing readiness gaps.
• Define expected outcomes and measure adoption, tracking value against baselines.
• Provide a clear view of delivery health and communicate progress, risks, and implications.
• Improve repeatable delivery methods by turning feedback into practical playbooks and tools.
