Outset is seeking a trainer/enablement lead to own the full training function for a fast-changing sales and customer-facing group in San Francisco. You will onboard new hires, convert product launches and competitor news into practical training, and oversee a centralized knowledge base.

The right candidate has roughly four years in enablement or a similar operations role, with proven program ownership and the ability to explain tricky topics clearly.

Qualifications

• Experience running enablement, learning, or similar programs end-to-end.
• Ability to translate complex topics into simple, actionable content.
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills for sales and customer-facing teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the training program from inception to measurement of impact.
• Onboard new hires and convert product launches and competitor news into usable training.
• Develop and maintain a centralized knowledge base and coaching guides for reps.
