Job summary

Outset, a fast-growing AI-powered research platform, is seeking an Enablement Program Manager in San Francisco. You will own the GTM enablement program end to end, design plug-and-play frameworks, and build onboarding to ramp the sales, CS, partnerships, and product-marketing teams quickly.

You will act as a world-class teacher, synthesizing complex topics like AI-moderated research, pricing and product updates, and delivering them in accessible formats.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in Enablement, Learning & Development, a Center of Excellence, or Chief of Staff function.
• Proven program ownership: built and ran programs end to end.
• Exceptional teaching and communication skills.
• Drives adoption, not just delivery, treating sales as the core customer.
• Designs scalable, repeatable processes and knowledge bases.
• Strong cross-functional partnership skills across GTM, Product, Marketing, G&A, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own Outset’s GTM enablement program end to end: roadmap, calendar, delivery, and measurement.
• Design repeatable, plug-and-play enablement frameworks for onboarding, launches, updates, and certifications.
• Build and run new-hire onboarding to ramp GTM teams quickly.
• Act as a world-class teacher: learn complex topics and deliver them clearly.
• Own and maintain the GTM knowledge repository with accurate messaging and assets.
• Partner with Product and Marketing to translate launches into field-ready training and assets.
• Collaborate with Sales, CS, and Partnerships leaders to identify gaps and prioritize builds.
• Work with G&A and Leadership on cross-functional topics like deal desk, pricing, and processes.
• Run live trainings, workshops, and certifications, and create async content for time-zone scaling.
• Measure ramp time, certification completion, content usage, and field feedback.
