Job summary

Jobtailor in San Francisco seeks an experienced Product Enablement leader to drive launch readiness, enablement content, and field programs. You will partner with Product and Marketing to position offerings and deliver compelling demos.

You will own training for AEs and SAs, build scalable workflows, and measure impact from ramp time to win rate. Based in the SF Bay Area or willing to relocate, you will shape the enablement function as the first hire in this area.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product enablement, GTM enablement, field enablement, or product marketing at an infrastructure, developer tools, or AI-native company.
• Experience enabling an internal sales field (AEs, SAs), as opposed to onboarding customers' engineers.
• Technical depth through a CS or engineering background, prior SE/SA experience, or a track record of building demos and technical content.
• Ability to hold your own in conversations about model serving.
• Hands-on experience personally writing collateral and running sessions.
• Track record of building programs, talks, docs, or certifications.
• Systems mindset focused on repeatable workflows and measurement.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity as the first hire in a function.
• Active use of AI tools to drive productivity.
• Based in the SF Bay Area or willing to relocate

Responsibilities

• Own launch readiness by partnering with Product and Marketing on positioning, writing internal launch communications, and running readiness sessions
• Build and deliver technical enablement on inference, GPUs, latency, and deployment
• Train AEs and provide SAs with the technical depth needed for selling
• Produce customer-facing decks, battlecards, and demos
• Build repeatable enablement systems and workflows aligned with the product roadmap
• Own the product feedback system from customers and the field to Product and Marketing
• Identify customer resonance to shape positioning, packaging, and roadmap
• Define and report enablement effectiveness using ramp time, new-product deal adoption, and launch win rate
