Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior AI Acceleration Lead to join the Customer Success Center of Excellence.

You will own adoption strategy for AI tools, craft enablement content, and drive global field readiness across regions. This highly cross-functional role requires influencing without authority and partnering with product, engineering, and field leadership to ensure measurable customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• Experience developing or delivering training programs across multiple sites or regions.
• Experience in written and verbal communication with executives and non-technical leaders.
• 3+ years designing and delivering enablement programs at scale.
• Track record of strong execution and adoption outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end enablement and adoption strategy for CS AI tools.
• Design and deliver content with eLearning, paths, certifications, and badges.
• Own change management and field readiness across global regions.
• Plan phased rollouts for new tools and programs with leadership alignment.
• Track adoption metrics and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Build repeatable enablement playbooks and onboarding frameworks.
