Job summary

CDW is seeking a Sr. Partner Development Manager to own enterprise partner growth and AI strategy. You will set joint business plans, guide partner investment, and enable CDW sellers with messaging and plays to scale joint solutions.

You will influence executive stakeholders across PPM, Sales, Presales, Services, Finance, and Marketing, driving multi-year growth and governance for partner programs. Extensive collaboration with senior leadership is required.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all stakeholders.
Proven ability to influence and engage executive leadership, including director- and VP-level stakeholders, effectively and strategically.
History of building and maintaining strategic partner relationships, especially with major technology brands and alliance partners.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM (Salesforce), and relevant business applications.
Proven track record of driving results.

Responsibilities

Own enterprise partner growth strategies for assigned partner(s), covering growth, enablement, investment, and pipeline targets.
Translate AI partner roadmaps into CDW segment plays and co-sell programs with clear production paths.
Provide field enablement for AI partners: sales plays, deal guidance, and technical readiness.
Build CDW's AI brand across sales territories and drive partner program adoption.
Drive partner co-sell with field teams: monthly account mapping and joint deal pursuit.
Develop campaigns with Marketing and Services to drive growth.
