Job summary

Oliver Wyman, a Marsh business, seeks an AI Product Enablement Manager to lead the day-to-day execution of the AI Capability & Enablement function within Quotient Inside. You will operate at the intersection of Product Strategy and Delivery, translating firm-wide AI priorities into structured coaching, triage, experimentation, and scalable guidance.

This role serves as a linchpin between strategic intent and practical execution, owning operating rhythms, stakeholder coordination, and workflow

Qualifications

6+ years of experience in AI enablement or related roles.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with defined deliverables.
Hands-on experience with AI tools and workflows (e.g., custom GPTs, prompt engineering).
Experience in professional services or complex, matrixed environments preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day operations of the AI Capability & Enablement function, ensuring coaching, triage, experimentation, and standards-setting activities run effectively.
Design and manage structured workflows for intake, routing, escalation, and feedback loops.
Track key performance indicators (adoption patterns, recurring use cases, response time, enablement effectiveness) and recommend course corrections.
Coordinate cross-functional contributors across Product Strategy, Design, Training & Comms, and platform teams.
