Job summary

Oliver Wyman, a Marsh business, is seeking an AI Product Enablement Regional Manager for the Americas. You will translate AI priorities into structured coaching, triage, and scalable guidance, overseeing reusable AI tools and no-code/low-code automations.

This role blends product strategy with hands-on delivery and requires building acceleration strategies for firm-wide AI adoption. You will lead a team, set standards for tooling, manage backlogs, and coordinate with cross-functional partners to

Qualifications

4-5 years in AI enablement, digital delivery, product operations, project management, or related roles.
3+ years of people management experience in a matrix environment.
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives with defined deliverables.
Hands-on experience building reusable AI tools (e.g., Skills, Agents) and AI workflows.
Experience building automations in no-code/low-code tools (e.g., n8n, Power Automate, Zapier, Make).

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day operations of the AI Capability & Enablement function, ensuring coaching, triage, experimentation, and standards-setting activities run effectively.
Design and manage structured workflows for intake, routing, escalation, and feedback loops.
Track key performance indicators and recommend course corrections.
Set and maintain team standards for building, testing, documenting, and sharing AI tools and workflows.
Manage the team's build backlog, prioritizing use cases for Skills, agents, or automations.
Monitor channels and respond to AI questions; route inbound requests; guide usage and promote best practices.
Provide AI coaching through office hours and 1:1 sessions; translate problems into AI use cases; prototype workflows.
Synthesize patterns into reusable artifacts and contribute learning inputs to strategy and enablement leadership.
Ensure tools and workflows are published through approved firm channels with clear setup documentation.
Lead cross-functional enablement initiatives and coordinate with Product Strategy, Design, Engineering, Training & Comms.
Develop analysts’ skills from prompt building to workflow automation to agent building.
