Job summary

Oliver Wyman is seeking an AI Product Enablement Manager to lead the daily operations of the AI Capability & Enablement function. You will translate AI priorities into coaching, triage, experiments, and scalable guidance, serving as the bridge between strategic intent and execution across the firm.

The role requires hands-on experience with AI tools, tracking enablement effectiveness, and coordinating across Product Strategy, Design, and platform teams. 60% in-office hybrid policy applies.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in AI enablement, digital delivery, product operations, project management, or related roles.
• Demonstrated experience of leading cross-functional initiatives with defined deliverables.
• Hands-on experience in working with AI tools and workflows (e.g., custom GPTs, prompt engineering, AI assistants).
• Experience of operating in professional services or complex, matrixed environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the AI Capability & Enablement function, ensuring coaching, triage, experimentation, and standards-setting activities run effectively.
• Design and manage structured workflows for intake, routing, escalation, and feedback loops.
• Track KPIs and recommend course corrections to improve adoption and usage of AI capabilities.
• Coordinate stakeholders across Product Strategy, Design, Training & Comms, and platform teams to drive enablement initiatives.
