Job summary

Oliver Wyman in Chicago seeks an AI Product Enablement Manager to lead day-to-day execution of the AI Capability & Enablement function, translating firm-wide AI priorities into structured coaching, triage, experimentation, and scalable guidance.

This hands-on, systems-oriented role owns operating rhythms, stakeholder coordination, and workflows that scale AI usage responsibly across Oliver Wyman, with a hybrid in-office requirement of 60% in the office.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in AI enablement, digital delivery, product operations, project management, or related roles.
• Led cross-functional initiatives with defined deliverables.
• Hands-on with AI tools and workflows (custom GPTs, prompt engineering, AI assistants).
• Experience in professional services or matrixed environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the AI Capability & Enablement function, including coaching, triage, experimentation, and standards-setting.
• Design structured workflows for intake, routing, escalation and feedback loops.
• Track KPIs (adoption, use cases, response time, enablement effectiveness) and suggest course corrections.
• Provide AI coaching through office hours, working sessions, and 1:1 support.
• Capture patterns across requests and synthesize reusable artifacts (demos, living exemplars, guides).
• Coordinate cross-functional contributors across Product Strategy, Design, Training & Comms, and platform teams.
