Under the leadership of the AI Product Enablement team, you will coach colleagues, refine prompts, test custom GPTs, and create artifacts to scale responsible AI across the Americas. The role offers a hybrid work model with in-office collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of analytics, digital enablement, or technology-adjacent experience.
• Exposure to AI tools and an interest in experimentation.
• Experience supporting documentation or analysis work in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute structured prompt testing across defined AI use cases the Centre of Excellence may own and manage.
• Support configuration and testing of custom GPTs and AI assistants for the Center of Excellence.
• Document tested use cases in reusable formats and build living exemplars and guides.
