Job summary

Oliver Wyman is seeking a Senior Manager for AI Enablement within Quotient Inside. You will partner with the Director of Product Enablement to translate firm-wide AI priorities into scalable enablement strategies, coaching, and institutional guidance across the organization.

You will own operating rhythms, stakeholder alignment, prioritization, and workflows to scale responsible AI usage, combining hands-on delivery with strategic guidance to strengthen adoption and impact.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in AI enablement, digital delivery, product operations, project management, or related roles.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders, defined deliverables, and measurable outcomes
• Hands-on experience working with AI tools and workflows (e.g., custom GPTs, prompt engineering, AI assistants)
• Experience operating in professional services or similarly complex, matrixed environments preferred
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and shaping operating models, standards, or adoption strategies preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and review the operating model for the AI Capability & Enablement function, and recommend improvements
• Ensure coaching, triage, experimentation, and standards-setting activities run effectively and at scale
• Design, implement, and optimize structured workflows for intake, routing, escalation, prioritization, and feedback loops
• Track KPIs (adoption patterns, recurring use cases, response time) and use data to drive decisions
• Establish operating standards, governance mechanisms, and service expectations across enablement activities
• Oversee AI channels and serve as a senior clearing house for AI questions and escalations
• Coordinate cross-functional contributors to ensure alignment and high-quality delivery
• Lead enablement initiatives from scoping through execution and adoption (rollouts, playbooks, governance)
• Manage expectations across initiatives and advise on trade-offs to maximize impact
• Translate frontline learning into strategic recommendations for strategy and roadmap
