Job summary

Oliver Wyman, a Marsh company, seeks a Senior Manager for AI Product Enablement to translate AI priorities into scalable enablement strategies. You will lead design and execution, coordinate with Product Strategy, Design, Training & Comms, and platform teams, and drive adoption of AI capabilities across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years in AI enablement, digital delivery, product operations, or related roles.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and workflows (custom GPTs, prompt engineering, AI assistants).
• Experience operating in professional services or similarly complex, matrixed environments preferred.
• Ability to translate experimentation into scalable enablement approaches.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI coaching through office hours, working sessions, and 1:1 support with colleagues on high-value use cases.
• Coordinate cross-functional contributors across Product Strategy, Design, Training & Comms, and platform teams.
• Oversee channels and serve as a senior clearing house for AI questions, requests, and escalations.
• Design workflows for intake, routing, escalation, prioritization, and feedback loops.
• Track and interpret KPIs to drive improvements and strategic decisions.
