Job summary

Oliver Wyman, a Marsh (NYSE: MRSH) business, is seeking an AI Product Enablement Regional Manager to lead the AI Capability & Enablement team in the Americas. This role sits at the intersection of Product Strategy and Delivery, translating firm-wide AI priorities into coaching, triage, experimentation, and scalable guidance.

The Manager will own operating rhythms, stakeholder coordination, and workflows to scale AI usage across the region. Hybrid policy applies with 60% in-office attendance.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years in AI enablement, digital delivery, product operations, project management, or related roles.
• 3+ years people management experience, including building high-performing teams.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with defined deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day AI Capability & Enablement operations across the Americas.
• Design workflows for intake, routing, escalation, and feedback loops.
• Track KPIs (adoption, use cases, response time, enablement effectiveness) and recommend course corrections.
• Coordinate cross-functional contributors across Product Strategy, Design, Engineering, Training & Comms, and platform teams.
• Provide AI coaching through office hours, working sessions, and 1:1 support.
