Capital One is seeking a Manager, Learning & Enablement Consultant for AI to design and implement training, change management, and adoption strategies that integrate Generative AI into daily work across Card Ops. You will lead cross-functional campaigns, measure readiness, and coach frontline leaders to drive AI-enabled performance in a hybrid work setting.

The role requires partnering with AI/Ops teams, COP leads, and HR to align AI enablement with business OKRs, while delivering scalable,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
• 3+ years of client-facing consulting or internal strategic advisory roles.
• 2+ years of learning design, knowledge management, or change management.
• 1+ year of hands-on experience with Generative AI tools and technologies.
• 1+ year of project, program, or campaign management.
• 1+ year of learning and change strategy creation.

Responsabilités

• Create, manage, and execute a full-scale operational readiness agenda to enhance AI adoption across call center agents, back-office agents, and frontline leaders.
• Provide always-on consultation and strategy refinement to bridge audience needs and frontline realities.
• Liaise with enterprise learning, change leads, and external partners to share best practices and scale content.
• Craft and maintain a readiness measurement strategy with real-time feedback loops for continuous improvement.
• Partner with Learning, Knowledge, and Change Management to align communications, training, and engagement across frontline leaders.
