Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Manager, Learning & Enablement Consultant for AI (Hybrid) to design and lead training, change management, and adoption programs that weave AI into the daily work of Card Operations agents and leaders. You will help bridge AI strategy with practical learning experiences across the enterprise.

You will partner with the AI in Ops team, COP leads, and enterprise learning to scale enablement, measure readiness, and drive improvements in frontline performance through

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
• At least 3 years of client-facing consulting or internal strategic advisory roles.
• At least 2 years in learning design, knowledge management, or change management.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience utilizing Generative AI tools.
• At least 1 year of project, program, or campaign management.
• At least 1 year of experience in learning and change strategy creation.

Responsibilities

• Operational AI readiness campaign: lead full-scale readiness across agents and leaders.
• Strategic learning & change consultation to align AI enablement with OKRs.
• Enterprise integration & best practice sharing with COP leads and COS teams.
• Measurement strategy & continuous improvement with real-time feedback.
• Frontline leader enablement & engagement with coaching toolkits.
