Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Manager, Learning & Enablement Consultant for AI to design and implement a comprehensive AI integration strategy for Card Ops. The role focuses on learning design, change management, and adoption campaigns to embed Generative AI into daily workflows for frontline agents and leaders.

The position requires strategic advisory experience, strong change management, and hands-on AI tooling capabilities, with a hybrid work model and on-site expectations at designated offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
• 3+ years of client-facing consulting or internal strategic advisory roles.
• 2+ years in learning design, knowledge management, or change management.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience utilizing Generative AI tools and technologies.
• At least 1 year of experience in project, program, or campaign management.
• At least 1 year of experience in learning and change strategy creation.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and execute a full-scale operational readiness agenda to enhance AI adoption across call center agents, back-office agents, and frontline leaders.
• Provide always-on consultation and strategy refinement to align AI enablement with audience needs and OKRs.
• Liaise with enterprise learning/change leads and external partners to share best practices and reuse content.
• Develop and maintain a readiness measurement strategy with real-time feedback loops.
• Equip frontline leaders with coaching toolkits and change enablement resources for AI adoption.
