Job summary

Capital One’s Card Shared Services Learning & Knowledge team is hiring a Manager, Learning & Enablement Consultant for AI readiness. This hybrid role focuses on integrating Generative AI into daily routines for frontline agents and leaders, bridging AI strategy with scalable learning resources.

You will partner with enterprise learning, change leads, and COS teams to design campaigns, measure readiness, and continuously improve AI adoption across Card Ops workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience (Basic Qualification).
• 3+ years in client-facing consulting or internal strategic advisory roles.
• 2+ years in learning design, knowledge management, or change management.
• 1+ year hands-on experience using or enabling Generative AI tools/tech.
• 1+ year experience in project, program, or campaign management.
• 1+ year experience in learning and change strategy creation.

Responsibilities

• Operational AI Readiness Campaign: design and execute a comprehensive readiness agenda to drive AI adoption across agents and leaders.
• Strategic Learning & Change Consultation: provide ongoing strategy refinement aligning AI enablement with OKRs and governance.
• Enterprise Integration & Best Practice Sharing: liaise with enterprise teams to bring best practices back to Card Ops and reuse content.
• Measurement Strategy & Continuous Improvement: establish readiness measurement and real-time feedback loops to optimize training and change activities.
• Frontline Leader Enablement & Engagement: align communications and training for frontline leaders and equip coaching resources.
