Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a seasoned Solution Architect for Sales Performance Management. You will design end-to-end SPM solutions, lead discovery, define the blueprint, and ensure the design scales with customer growth.

You’ll collaborate across the Salesforce Maps, planning, Spiff, and enterprise territory management areas, driving successful implementations with a focus on value and governance. The role combines hands-on leadership with strategic guidance, reporting into Specialized Services

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience implementing or designing SPM/ICM or related sales tech solutions.
• Deep SPM domain expertise and cross-product design on Salesforce.
• Translate business strategy into well-architected solutions with strong analysis.
• Model complex incentive and planning logic in formulas or Excel and on the platform.
• Understand data concepts to partner with Technical Architects.
• Executive-level verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to scope, define, and manage work packages; support pre-sales qualification.
• Experience mentoring more junior team members.
• Based in the US or Canada with regional travel availability.
• Degree or equivalent experience; evaluated on core competencies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to define SPM vision, roadmap, and expectations.
• Lead discovery and design workshops across the SPM portfolio.
• Translate requirements into a scalable Salesforce solution blueprint.
• Own functional design and configuration across the SPM suite.
• Collaborate with Technical Architects on integrations and data.
• Mentor consultants and drive reusable assets and standards.
