Capgemini Invent’s frog unit seeks a Senior Manager, Sales & CRM Transformation to lead complex engagements across Salesforce and Dynamics 365. You will shape CRM strategy, design operating models, and drive adoption of AI-enabled solutions with cross-functional teams and executives.

This role requires deep CRM and sales transformation experience, strong design thinking, and the ability to travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years in CRM and sales transformation.
• Experience leading Salesforce or Dynamics 365 programs through production and adoption.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience applying design thinking and running workshops.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise CRM and sales transformation engagements across Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Design future-state sales operating models and roadmaps.
• Shape AI-enabled sales strategies with governance and human oversight.
• Co-lead business development, proposals, and client presentations.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams across design, architecture, engineering, data, and change management.
