Job summary

Vouched is seeking a Customer Success Intern who will help with onboarding, account health, and customer engagement across IDV and KYA products. This role emphasizes organization, proactive work ethic, and the use of AI tools to improve efficiency from day one.

You’ll work within the CS and Product/Engineering teams to support onboarding, health tracking, and documentation. No CS experience is required; mindset and motivation matter most in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in undergraduate or graduate program.
• No CS experience required; mindset and operating style matter more than resume.
• Actively using AI tools in coursework, side projects, or daily life.

Responsibilities

• Assist onboarding for IDV and KYA customers and track onboarding milestones.
• Monitor account activity and flag friction or disengagement early.
• Maintain customer health trackers and dashboards for accounts.
• Draft customer communications and ensure timely follow-ups after meetings.
• Keep CRM records clean, accurate, and up-to-date for assigned accounts.
• Help create onboarding guides, FAQs, and help docs to reduce time-to-value.
• Coordinate across CS, Product, and Engineering to route customer issues.
• Capture voice-of-customer feedback to inform product priorities.
• Apply AI tools to automate routine CS tasks and surface insights.
