Job summary

Mass Digital Health seeks an exceptional Customer Support/Customer Success Intern to rotate through Customer Support, Product Management, and Customer Success. You will work with cross-functional teams to understand products, assist with incident management, and help optimize processes using analytics and AI tools.

The role emphasizes technical support, data-driven improvements, and collaboration across departments to drive customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a BA/BS in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong SQL skills and problem-solving.
• Experience with AWS Quicksight, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Familiarity with Python and scripting.
• Interest in AI-enabled productivity tools and customer success.

Responsibilities

• Work with Customer Support, Product Management, and Customer Success to understand products, customers, and processes.
• Provide technical support and help manage incidents through the system.
• Suggest improvements to incident intake, tracking, reporting, and knowledge management.
• Participate in testing and continuous improvement of support processes and tools.
• Experiment with AI-enabled tools to improve reporting and team productivity.
• Support customer success and account management tasks, including materials and follow-ups.
• Join in customer success planning, account reviews, and cross-functional coordination.
• Participate in design sessions and gather end-user requirements for data pipelines and reporting.
• Analyze source system data to identify data quality issues and address them in ETL routines.
