Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC seeks a Customer Engineer to accelerate AI-powered go-to-market engagements and ensure successful adoption across the customer journey.

You will be a quota-carrying technologist, driving technical discovery, architecture design, and value realization with C-suite stakeholders, while leveraging AI-augmented workflows to reduce administrative work and improve time-to-value.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role.
• Broad technical expertise spanning web security, networking, cloud, and enterprise architecture.
• Commercial mindset with SaaS metrics, business value translation, and enterprise sales cycles.
• Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management for C-suite audiences.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript or similar for integrations.

Responsibilities

• Technical discovery and bespoke architectures with Account Executives.
• Lead onboarding, implementation, health, risk, and expansion strategy.
• Own discovery, demos, onboarding, and telemetry to ensure time-to-value.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews translating platform capabilities to ROI.
• Maintain deep technical relationships through customer lifecycle.
