Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Change Management professional to support workforce design and organizational transformation for Life Sciences programs. You will conduct stakeholder assessments, develop adoption plans, and create targeted change communications for diverse audiences.

The role requires 3+ years in change management or HR transformation, experience with change impact analyses, and familiarity with Prosci, ADKAR, or Kotter methodologies. Travel up to 80% may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in change management, organizational development, or HR transformation in consulting or industry.
• Experience with change impact analysis and stakeholder readiness assessments.
• Experience creating change communications and adoption materials for functional audiences.
• Familiarity with Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, or equivalents.
• Strong written communication for audience-appropriate materials.

Responsibilities

• Support workforce design and change management delivery across transformation workstreams.
• Conduct stakeholder assessments, change impact analyses, and readiness surveys.
• Develop communications, change materials, and adoption plans for functional audiences.
• Track adoption signals and surface resistance patterns to the Workforce Design Lead.
• Coordinate with Learning & Development to align change activities with training.
