Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced change management practitioner to support workforce design and organizational transformation within our Life Sciences Reinventive Enterprise practice. You will conduct stakeholder assessments, develop adoption plans, and align change activities with training delivery, enabling cross-functional teams to deliver AI-enabled transformations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of combined experience in change management, organizational development, or HR transformation in a consulting or in‑industry context.
• Demonstrated experience with change impact analysis, stakeholder mapping, and change readiness assessment.
• Experience developing change communications and adoption materials for functional audiences.
• Familiarity with change management methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, or equivalent).
• Strong written communication skills for developing clear, audience-appropriate change materials.

Responsibilities

• Support workforce design and change management delivery across the pod's functional transformation workstreams.
• Conduct stakeholder assessments, change impact analyses, and organizational readiness surveys.
• Develop communications, change materials, and adoption plans tailored to functional audiences.
• Track adoption signals and surface resistance patterns to the Workforce Design Lead.
• Coordinate with the Learning & Development Partner to align change activities with training delivery.
