Accenture is seeking an experienced change management professional to support workforce design and transformation initiatives across client engagements in California. You will conduct stakeholder assessments, develop adoption materials, and coordinate with Learning & Development to ensure training aligns with change efforts.

Travel up to 80% may be required. Strong background in change management methodologies and communications is essential, with experience supporting AI-enabled workforce

Formación

• 3+ years of combined experience in change management, OD, or HR transformation in a consulting or in‑industry context.
• Experience with change impact analysis, stakeholder mapping, and change readiness assessments.
• Experience developing change communications and adoption materials for functional audiences.
• Familiarity with change management methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, or equivalent).
• Strong written communication skills for audience‑appropriate materials.

Responsabilidades

• Support workforce design and change management delivery across pod's transformation workstreams.
• Conduct stakeholder assessments, change impact analyses, and readiness surveys.
• Develop communications, change materials, and adoption plans for functional audiences.
• Track adoption signals and surface resistance patterns to the Workforce Design Lead.
• Coordinate with Learning & Development Partner to align change activities with training.
