Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced practitioner to drive change management and workforce transformation across client programs. You will conduct stakeholder assessments, develop adoption materials, and coordinate with Learning & Development to align change with training delivery.

The role requires comfort in ambiguous environments and strong communication with senior stakeholders, with travel up to 80% depending on client needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of combined experience in change management, organizational development, or HR transformation in a consulting or in‑industry context
• Experience with change impact analysis, stakeholder mapping, and change readiness assessment
• Experience developing change communications and adoption materials for functional audiences
• Familiarity with change management methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, or equivalent)
• Strong written communication skills for audience-appropriate materials

Responsibilities

• Support workforce design and change management delivery across the pod's transformation workstreams
• Conduct stakeholder assessments, change impact analyses, and organizational readiness surveys
• Develop communications, change materials, and adoption plans for functional audiences
• Track adoption signals and surface resistance patterns to the Workforce Design Lead
• Coordinate with Learning & Development Partner to align change activities with training delivery
